Leadership Development
Leaders produce change, often at a dramatic degree, you may be motivating others, inspiring and energising people through complex change management or growth processes.
Leadership positions can occur across a team or organisation and are not necessarily saved for the top of a hierarchy. Developing leadership skills requires time and effort to be invested in truly understanding your own motivators, being clear on values and drivers for your team and having clarity around the different roles people take in team development which might impact leadership.
Whether you are feeling like you need to be more assertive, take control without being aggresive or if you are new to a role and need some support in setting direction, building a strategy or simply feeling more confidence in your role. Leadership coaching can support you by:

We meet once a month generally, using evidence based tools and narrative to work on your personalised leadership plan focused on your goals and aspirations.

New or Aspiring Manager Development
My model for coaching new or aspiring managers is a one-to-one, enhanced by group coaching where appropriate, mutually designed relationship - usually focusing in areas of business, not for profit, education and focusing on confidence, decision making, team alignment and strategic thinking.
