Strengths & Personality Insights

We can be more effective communicating, leading and working with others if we understand how our personality shapes how we behave and react, plan and operate.

In groups, you can take the assessment and think about what makes you, YOU and how to best use your skills to your advantage in business and relationships.

The DISC assessment was developed in 1940, multiple versions exist now, and it is important to note that none of the personality assessments are mutually exclusive so DISC works well with others, and fine tuning your understanding of yourself and others can only benefit organisations. We will identify through teh assessment a preference, there are 41 different potential styles, further impacted by environment, stress and other external factors. When you complete the assessment you must think of yourself in one role only, this becomes clear when you receive your feedback session/workshop session. For the most part, there are no pure styles, but all people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity represented by graphs with a mid-line. These composite styles are known as personality style blends, each with their own characteristics, preferences, fears, strengths and limitations. Assessments are delivered online, reports emailed and feedback sessions can be undertaken either virtually or face to face. Group profiles are also available.
