8 Elements Coaching

Often we focus on immediate, here and now changes, quick fixes - perhaps without true and appropriate consideration of the eight elements of our whole selves - which enable us to live full lives with purpose and meaning longer term.

I have designed the 8 Elements approach to work with the theoretical coaching methods of Be, Do and Have and GROW model to define goals in each of those eight areas. Using the Global Wellness Institute belief that wellness and wholeness is multi-dimensional, having a format to work within helps define your ideals. We then work one to one to develop a balanced plan to achieve across ALL areas of your life, not just one or two.  The way the approach is designed means it is not overwhelming, you feel totally empowered and beings a higher rate of success than simple finance, life or career coaching as stand alone approaches.
