Ten Steps to Start Up

One of my favourite tasks is when someone contacts me with an idea, a little seed of a plan and a heap load of passion. Starting up in business or charity are not dissimilar - one of the misunderstandings about a not for profit is the sheer amount of regulation and financial projections you require to keep focused and stay on track.
In relation to profit - both structures have to make money and re-invest this into provision of services.
My fool proof ten steps to start up programme take you through eight sessions from conception to delivery, with a framework, helpful workbooks and thought provoking vision to delivery type modelling.
From the ideal customer, to a superior donor profile, funding model, income strategy, you name it we cover it.
